Preparing to Depart this Time and Space
Students leaving before 11 PM will be checked out and their parents notified that they are leaving prom.
Students leaving prom after 11 PM but before midnight will not have to check out, but will only be able to leave through the hotel lobby exit from the conference center.
Students will be allowed to leave the building from all glass doors on the north side of the Conference Center, from the garage, front entrance of the hotel, and the entrance on Avenue of the Stars.
If you are picking up students, we strongly advise you to agree upon a pickup location ahead of time.
