Meal Selection

This page shows the meal selection options for this year’s prom. After you review the options, go to the Store page (under the Shop Prom tab on the menu bar) to make your meal selection. If you are receiving a transferred ticket or a companion voucher, this will be a $0 transaction, but must be “purchased” and completed through “Checkout” to push your selection out to your student profile.
If there are multiple students on your family’s account, be sure that you are in the section of the store with your own name at the top when making your meal selection, or you might be placing your meal request onto a sibling’s profile instead.

Standard Meal Selection

Please note: All meals served at prom are gluten-free and nut-free, except for the dinner rolls, which do contain gluten but are served separately in a bread basket. Our meals are also pork-free and shellfish-free. Allergies beyond these need to be discussed with our Special Meals Coordinator.

Standard Salad - Frisco Fresh Salad

Romaine, mâche, frisée, Roma tomatoes, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
Salad Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette: Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, black peppercorns, and lemon juice. Buttermilk Ranch: Cultured buttermilk, vinegar, corn syrup, egg yolk, phosphoric acid, egg, milk, MSG, and soybean oil.

Standard Entree - Herb-Roasted Chicken with Tomato Cream Sauce

Rosemary and thyme–seasoned chicken breast served with roasted new potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Chicken: Olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper. New Potatoes: Olive oil, salt, pepper. Tomato Cream Sauce: Basil, oregano, onion, celery, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, heavy cream, and butter.

Standard Dessert - Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Avocado, cocoa, maple syrup, and coconut milk topped with house-made chocolate sauce (chocolate, oil, sugar).

Dairy Free Meal Selection

Dairy Free Salad - Frisco Fresh Salad

Stuffing: Zucchini, yellow squash, chickpeas, olive oil, salt, pepper. Additional Ingredients: Onions, tomatoes, carrots, asparagus, celery, romanesco-colored cauliflower, cilantro, turmeric, chili powder, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil. Tomato Coulis: Tomatoes, herbs (basil, oregano), onions, celery, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper.
